What is the refund policy?
You will have 15 days to explore the digital library. If you do not feel like this is a good fit let us know and you will receive a refund. Once the labs have been sent out to your house we are unable to issue a refund.
How do the group coaching calls work?
We meet monthly on zoom for group coaching calls. If you cannot attend live no worries, they are recorded and loaded into the digital library. You will have access to all our previous zoom coaching calls as well.
Can I have both in person and virtual consultations?
Yes, you can have both types of consultations. There are services we can do at the office that we cannot offer virtually. You may want to have additional services done at Serenity. You may also find that either type of consultation works better for you. Just let your practitioner know.
How does the digital library work?
We have a digital library of information set up for you through Thinkific. You will get access to the program once you sign up. You can consume the content at your own speed. There are videos and downloadable files inside the program.
